CRMI reviews customer satisfaction survey results from more than 500 companies each year to determine its qualification standards for the NGSB Award. It’s the only awards program based on the results of actual customer satisfaction surveys.

CRMI will evaluate your existing customer survey methodology—including Net Promoter Score, and if it meets the demanding NorthFace ScoreBoard criteria, you may become eligible to receive this prestigious award for customer service excellence. Each year winners are honored at the annual SCORE customer experience conference. The complete audit includes a quarterly review of your customer survey process and ratings. CRMI will provide the results in a Customer Satisfaction Report Card. Companies must achieve a Customer Satisfaction of at least 4.0 out of a possible 5.0 (or equivalent system) or a 12-month period. The audit covers such areas at customer service, technical support, and field service.

Training for key management personnel responsible for the company’s customer satisfaction measurement program is Included in the audit services. CRMI’s Customer Experience Management Professional (CEMPRO-Advocate℠) web-based training ensures that key leaders are versed in the critical components of building customer loyalty and employee engagement. Also included is CEMPR Customer-Facing Group training, an interactive web-based training program focused on the soft skills frontline employees need to deliver world-class customer service.
