The complete audit includes a quarterly review of your customer survey process and ratings. CRMI will provide the results in a Customer Satisfaction Report Card. Companies must achieve a Customer Satisfaction of at least 4.0 out of a possible 5.0 (or equivalent system) or a 12-month period. The audit covers such areas at customer service, technical support, and field service.

Training for key management personnel responsible for the company’s customer satisfaction measurement program is Included in the audit services.
