Membership Types & Rates

Members enroll in the CRMI Membership Program at one of three levels: Executive (CEO/president, Chief Customer Officer/CCO, VP/CFO),Management(director, manager) and Customer Service Professional/CSP (supervisor, individual contributor). This is important because the content and subject matter of CRMI events and programs are customized to the skill needs and career paths of CRMI Members at these levels.

The CRMI Membership Program is available for corporations and individuals for periods of one year and three years. Charter members lock-in a low rate for life, so they can renew at this special rate for as long as their active memberships remain current.

Charter members also enjoy a discount to the annual SCORE Conference, and special Charter discounts throughout the year. Charter Memberships may not be transferred or sold. Membership rates are based upon the number of employees. Call for details.
