The objective is to give customer contact professionals additional training and education resources to enhance their
career growth
and job skills. At the same time, members earn points redeemable for valuable savings on merchandise,

2. I already belong to a professional membership organization. Why should I join CRMI?
Through CRMI, members are exposed to customer contact processes and operations that complement

can expose you to allied operations, such as call center, CRM and sales/marketing, that not only can strengthen
your current job skills but also uncover new career opportunities that you might not have otherwise considered.
